01Commercial & Corporate Law

We assess legal issues arising from company formation and day-to-day commercial relationships in the context of the business and the parties involved. 02Contract Law

When drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, we focus on expressing the parties’ agreement clearly in the legal document. We also assess issues of performance, payment, liability and termination that arise during or at the end of the contractual relationship.

We read the contract together with the relevant documents and the actual business relationship. Uncertainties, notice requirements and possible legal consequences are discussed with the client.
